Tuition, Fees and Information for registering
for the 2011-2012 School Year

Useful Forms and Information

Parishioner Rate (K to 8) applicable to all families registered in Holy Child Parish or who have a
2011 – 2012 Diocesan Pastor Verification form signed by the pastor from the parish where they are registered. Pastor verification forms can be picked up in the Holy Child catholic School Office. If you are registered in Holy Child Parish you do not need a signed Pastor Verification Form.

Preschool Tuition

  • 3 Day AM is $1,950
  • 5 Day AM is $2,700
  • Full Day Program $3,650

Elementary

  • 1 child is $3,650
  • 2 children is $5,200
  • 3 or more children is $5,300

Families who are not registered at Holy Child and who cannot get a Pastor Verification Form signed by their pastor will be assessed the cost per child which is $5,200.00 (per child). Parents paying cost per child do not have to participate in the FSF program because it is included in your tuition.

A Fair Share Fund Raising Program is the way we meet the diocesan requirement to raise 10% of the school operating budget through fundraising. The PTG helps us track the various fund raisers and the amount each family raises. Once you have reached your FSF quota you may request that we apply the profit raised to your tuition balance. The only exception is the Lottery Ticket. Credit from those sales may only be applied to the fundraising balance due.

The FSF quota is:
  1. 1 child in K to 8 = $375.00
  2. 2 or more children in K to 8 = $750.00
  3. 1 child in Preschool = $300.00
  4. 1 child in K to 8 and 1 in PreK = $675.00

We sponsor six different fund raisers and families can pick and choose the ones they want to follow to earn their FSF credit. A 2010 PTG Board survey showed that parents were satisfied with the system now in place. Click here for more information about the FSF program.
