Enrollmet Procedure
Registration for new students begins in Catholic Schools Week (last week of January) for the upcoming year. Registrations continue to be acccepted throughout the second semester and through the summer. Registration (K to 8) is closed once the new school year has begun. Exceptions are made for families new to the area looking for a faith based quality education for their children. New families are asked to make an appointment to meet with the school principal and tour the facility before applying for admission to Holy Child Catholic.

ADMISSION POLICY
Age Requirements
Preschool - Students must be 3 or 4 yrs old before Sept. 1, 2011
Kindergarten - Students must be 5 years old before Sept. 1, 2011
First Year - Students must be 6 year old before Sept. 1, 2011
NEW STUDENTS
- Original birth certificate
- Original social security card
- Church copy of the Baptismal record. (not a photocopy of the original)
- Health records including immunizations
- $75.00 registration fee per family.
- A signed Pastor Verification form for families not registered in Holy Child Parish.
TRANSFER STUDENTS
- Original birth certificate
- Original social security card
- Church copy of the Baptismal record. (not a photocopy of the original)
- Health records including immunizations
- Academic records from previous school must be presented for review
- $45.00 registration fee per family.
- A signed Pastor Verification form for families not registered in Holy Child Parish
